We have very good experience with this property so far. They share regular updates of the construction in progress. They also let us do modification in the designs and construction of the house. We get to meet the engineers and share our ideas wherever we feel like to have the variations. You may feel that the builder is not well known like Brigade/Prestige but they step very transparent and open for any discussion. Price is less as compared to other villas in the city but little bit on higher side when the location is in consideration. When we booked roads were under construction but now just after few months we can see well constructed and connected road. You have malls, schools and hospitals nearby. Overall good project to invest in or to stay with your family.
